Wednesday Night Supper

Youth Ministry

Respite

St. Luke Respite Care Ministry is a program designed to assist caregivers and their loved ones.  This program is geared toward older adults (60 and above.)  We have an on-site program that meets 3 times a week on the St. Luke campus  from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.  Trained professionals and volunteers provide socialization and stimulating activities in a safe, secure and caring environment.  During this time, the caregiver has free time to run errands, relax, or take care of business. 

We are delighted to be in our new location- 1021 Third Avenue.  Parking is readily available and access to the building is user friendly.  We now have our own private outdoor area, a recreational kitchen, and a beautifully decorated home to call our own.

We also have a caregiver support group that meets the fourth Tuesday on each month at 12:45PM in the conference room at St. Luke.   Elizabeth Hartman from the Pastoral Institute facilitates this group. 

We recognize that caring for a family member or loved one is gratifying: but it is also challenging.  We are here to help!  Our participants enjoy being with others and being active while they are with us.
