Please respond to the urgent need for whole blood by emailing me at cindy@stlukeum.com and indicating a time you would like to give. Remember that the whole process takes about an hour, that those who are preregistered have preference over walk-ins, and that you get free nutter-butter peanut butter sandwich cookies after giving (that's a great inducement!).
If you are female who weighs more than 130 pounds or a male over 150, you may be eligible to give "double red cells". If you are interested in doing that, please let me know in your email or go to www.givelife.org for details.
